By purchasing a subscription box from papergang.com you're agreeing to our terms and conditions


Shipping Schedule

Papergang boxes are sent out on a monthly basis. We aim to dispatch all existing subscriptions by the 8th working day of the month but this is subject to change according to external factors. If you’re placing your first order, we we aim to dispatch within 3- 5 working days. If you order within the first 8 working days of the month, we will prioritise orders for existing subscribers, and the 3 - 5 working days will come into effect after the 8th working day. This means your order should be on its way by the 13th working day of the month.

Once boxes leave our warehouse they are subject to our shipping estimates which can be found here. Please note that these are only estimates and deliveries may take longer than advertised.


Subscription Cut Off Window

We’ve been selling out month after month, so make sure you’re signed up as early as possible to receive the current month’s Papergang box. The cut off for each month’s box is the end of the month.


Payments

Your payment method will be billed automatically on the 1st of every month (or the first working day should that date fall on a weekend or public holiday) up until your subscription is cancelled. If you prepay for your box for 3, 6 or 12 months you will pay upfront for the cost, however upon expiry of your subscription you will then be billed on the first of your new renewal month.


Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions will automatically renew by default (Month to Month, 3, 6 and 12 month prepays), unless you're signing up for a gift subscription (select 'AS A GIFT'). You can however cancel your subscription at any time and prevent from renewing by following our cancellation procedure before the cut-off windows for the next box is met.

 

Damaged / Lost / Missing Goods

Remember that the shipping estimates on site are as suggested ‘estimates’. The arrival of your box may extend outside of the window we provide; this can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your box never arrives, arrives damaged or has items missing, get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible in order for us to remedy the situation. Box Contents

Sometimes, the contents of the boxes can vary due to demand, this happens very rarely, but when it does, we just like to look at the few that get effected as being unique!


Cancellations

We’d be sad to see you go, but the truth of the matter is that you can cancel your Papergang subscription at any time without any hidden fees associated. To prevent your subscription from auto renewing you must make sure you cancel your subscription by the 1st of the month.

You can cancel your subscription(s) by logging into your account and cancelling. Alternatively you can get in touch with our lovely customer service team via email over at help@papergang.com or by calling us on 01509 812075. If you would like a refund with your cancellation this must be mentioned in your email or raised when phoning up as cancellations do not automatically administer refunds.


Returns

We get it, certain boxes aren’t to everyone’s liking and circumstances can change that mean you want your money back. Well don’t worry, you have 30 days from your box being delivered to make a return and be eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund, the box must be un-opened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped.
